A. I understand that I will receive coverage of my event during the paid for and agreed upon hours documented herein by one True Atelier professional photographer and one second shooter.
B. My $500 retainer fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation however it is applied and subtracted from my total. I agree to pay this at the time of booking to secure my date and understand that the remaining balance is due 30 days before my event and must be paid in full to receive any photographic services.
C. I will discuss the outline and details of my day via email, over the phone or in person with the True Atelier team to ensure we all are on the same page artistically and logistically for the big day.
D. The turn around time of my wedding images depends on the amount of hours of coverage which consequently leads to more photos. Plan on a week of editing for every 1 hour of coverage. The average wedding is anywhere from 4-8 hours of coverage so 4-8 weeks turn around for images.
E. I understand that I will receive a high resolution download file of all of the best high quality, professionally edited images from my day complete with a print release so I can print images at the lab of my choice UP TO an 11x14 size. All large prints need to be ordered through True Atelier or Nicole Klingler specifically to ensure quality, color and crop.
F. All images remain the express property of True Atelier LLC and Nicole Klingler. Images must not be altered, edited, cropped or sold by the client. Clients own a print release only and rights to reproduce photos for personal use. Please talk to the photography team for permission to use images for any advertisements, sale or competition.
G. I understand that I must book a minimum of 3 hours (local weddings) and 5 hours (travel weddings) of wedding day coverage to get the discounted package price, otherwise I can choose 1-3 hours of local coverage at $500 per hour a la carte.
H. I understand that photographers are not responsible for inclement weather, less than ideal lighting situations, injury due to equipment on site or loss of images due to natural disaster, tragedy or technical malfunctions and agree that True Atelier is not monetarily liable in these situations. However, photographers agree to use additional lighting if necessary, safe guard and back up images form every event, deliver within their suggested time frames, and do all that is necessary to make any situation right and fair should the loss of images due to technical corruption occur that is beyond photographers control or unforeseen circumstances that prevent punctuality that is also beyond physical control (ie. emergency, vehicle malfunction, accident, travel delays due to weather, etc.) True Atelier does all that they can to safe guard and plan for these situations so they do not happen, but also require understanding in the rare event that they should.
